This is a friendly reminder that the Annual Meeting will reconvene on June 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM.
Please find the limited proxy form attached to this notice. Completed proxies may be submitted by email to info@psprop.net.
In addition, owners have the option to vote electronically. The electronic voting period will open on June 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM and will close on June 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Each owner will receive a separate email from ElectionBuddy.com containing a unique link to cast their vote. During this election, there are four (4) open Director seats to be filled.
Your participation is important, and we strongly encourage all owners to submit their vote either by proxy or electronically.
