Please be advised that at the 2026 annual meeting held last night on 5/14/26, the association failed to reach quorum to conduct an election.
Please be advised that at the 2026 annual meeting held last night on 5/14/26, the association failed to reach quorum to conduct an election. In addition, it was discovered that the Bylaws contradict the Declaration regarding the number of Board members and term lengths. The Declaration supersedes the Bylaws; therefore, there will be five Board members serving two-year terms. There are currently four of the five Board positions up for election.
In order to successfully hold an election for new Board members, the association is required to meet quorum. Last night, the homeowners elected to reconvene the annual meeting and election on June 11th at 7:00 p.m. Please keep an eye out for a proxy/ballot so that you may cast your vote. This will be sent out early next week.
